How do I Insert Images Into a Registration Form?

Images uploaded to zone4 must be in PNG or JPG form. PDF or Word files cannot be embedded into aregistration form.

Adding images to your registration form is useful to display sponsor logos, event banners, maps to your venue, or just to give your registration form some extra visual appeal.

To add an image from your computer to the registration form, click the Add a Form Element button at the bottom of the Edit Form screen on your registration:

On the “Add a Form Element” screen, click the Create a Custom Element button at the bottom of the window that pops up:

And then click on Image under the Display Elements section:

Then click the Select an Image button and choose the image you would like to use from your computer, and click the Save button at the bottom of the window when you have selected the image you want to add.  Acceptable file types for images are .jpg  .gif  and .png

You will then see the newly uploaded image displayed on your registration form!

If you would like to have the image be displayed at the top of the registration form instead of at the bottom, you can click and drag on the right edge of the image element to drag it to the top of the form.
