For troubleshooting purposes, it is possible to re-send all the times from a phone to the GoChip server. In the android app, navigate to the “Settings” page under the three-dot menu in the top right

Then, tap “Data”

Then, scroll down to find the “Resend all Gochip Times” option, and tap it

And finally click “resend” to send all the times stored on the phone to our server again.

Depending on how many stored times there are, this can take a while to process on our server.
