Listing all the registrants who have selected an option

To quickly generate a list of everybody who has selected an option on your registration form, find the Summary link under the reports tab for your registration form

Then, click on the field you’d like to see the registrants for. For option fields, you’ll see the field label is clickable, and each option is also clickable. Clicking the field label will take you to a list of all the people who have chosen any option for that field, grouped by which option they selected. Clicking on an option will take you to a list of only the people who have chosen that specific option.

For example, click “Sprint Classic” to see a list of everybody who has selected any of the four options for that race, grouped by which option they chose.
Or click “Junior Men Classic Sprint” to see a list of only people who selected that specific option.

The list will include a column for every single field on your registration form. If you’d like to hide some of the columns, you can click the “Save a Copy” button in the top right of the page. Once you’ve made a copy of this report, you will have access to all the report editing tools, allowing you to change which columns are included and you’ll also be able to share the report publicly.
