## Re-open a registration yourself

1.  Open the registration form and go to the **Publish** tab.
2.  Set a new **Close Date** and time. Pick the date from the calendar rather than only changing the year, so the change saves.
3.  Save. The registration is open again straight away, using the same link.

Open and close dates are set on the **Publish** tab, not in **Settings**. For more about open and close dates, see [Publishing a Registration Form](/kb/publishing-a-registration-form/).

## Re-open for a few late registrants only

To let a few people in without advertising the registration again:

1.  On the **Publish** tab, turn off **List this form on zone4.ca**. The form stays reachable by its link but no longer appears in the listings on zone4.ca.
2.  If the form, or the option those people need, shows as sold out, raise the limit first. See [How do I add a waitlist?](/kb/how-do-i-add-a-waitlist/) for where limits are set.
3.  Extend the **Close Date**, then send the registration link to those people directly.

Once they've registered, set the close date back.

## If the registration closed more than 30 days ago

After a registration has been closed for 30 days, its dates can no longer be changed from your account. Email [support@zone4.ca](mailto:support@zone4.ca) with the name of the registration and the new close date you want, and we'll re-open it for you.
