To become a member of a club whose registration form is hosted on Zone4.ca, use the search tool on our homepage to find your club. Some clubs may have multiple registration forms open at the same time, or no registration form at all.
You can also usually find a “Register” link on your club’s website that will take you directly to the registration form.
