How can I send somebody a new receipt?

All registrants will be emailed a receipt after they have registered, but you can also send another copy of a registration receipt at any time. To do this, navigate to the Reports area of your registration and use the search box at the top of the page or click the Find a Cart button to find the cart you would like to re-issue a receipt for:

Click on the cart you would like to re-issue a receipt for, and then click the Re-issue Receipt button at the top of the page:

You’ll have a chance to change the email address the receipt gets sent to before it’s actually sent – if you need to re-issue a receipt because the registrant entered an incorrect email address the first time around, this is where you’d enter the correct email address.
