Zone4 Registration now offers mailchimp integration – once a mailchimp audience is connected, new registrants will be automatically added to it as they register.

To get started, go to the “Send Email to Registrants” page in your registration form reports

And then click “connect to mailchip” in the top right menu:

If you have not done this previously, you’ll be sent to mailchimp’s website to authorize Zone4 to connect to your mailchimp account – you’ll need to know your mailchimp login and password to get signed in to mailchimp for this to work.

After zone4 has been authorized to connect to your mailchimp account, you’ll be directed back to Zone4 and asked to select your “audience”. If you have not yet created an audience in mailchimp, you might need to do that first. If you have created an audience, you’ll see a confirmation window on Zone4 to select it

Once your mailchimp account is connected succesfully, you’ll see the integration appear at the bottom of the “send an email to registrants” page, and you should see all your registrants appear in your mailchimp account:
